Assembler Technician – Join Our Team!

Bracalente Manufacturing is looking for a detail-oriented Assembler Technician to join our growing team!

What You'll Do:

• Assemble components and products according to specifications and blueprints

• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards

• Use hand tools, power tools, and/or assembly equipment

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

What We're Looking For:

• Prior assembly or manufacturing experience preferred

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/schematics

• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 65 lbs

• Reliable, punctual, and a team player

What You Bring

• 3–5+ years leading teams in a manufacturing environment

• Solid working knowledge of Lean principles, especially single-piece flow

• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, and semi-automated assembly equipment

• Ability to read blueprints

• Forklift certification preferred; experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar MHE

• Comfortable lifting and maneuvering up to 65 lbs throughout a full shift

• Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Word)

• A "roll-up-your-sleeves" mentality — you don't watch, you do

Working Conditions

This is an active, physical role. Expect frequent lifting, extended standing, and regular movement between multiple assembly work cells throughout your shift.
