Business Systems Lead- REMOTE with monthly on-site visits

About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Systems Lead to own our enterprise systems, with Epicor ERP (E10/Kinetic) at the center. This role requires a strong understanding of how the business operates, including Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and the processes in between, along with the data skills to turn information into decisions leadership can act on.


This is a remote position with regular on-site visits to our Trumbauersville, Bucks County, Pennsylvania headquarters. Training would be onsite for the first three weeks. Then on-site one week per month.

What You’ll Do

Own the ERP System

  • Serve as the functional lead for Epicor ERP across departments

  • Troubleshoot issues and support upgrades, enhancements, and rollouts

Support End Users

  • Train users and provide hands-on support

  • Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures

Bridge Business and Systems

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Production, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance to keep systems aligned with operations

  • Standardize processes and recommend system-based improvements

Turn Data Into Decisions

  • Build reports and dashboards in Epicor and related tools

  • Use Excel, SQL, and Power BI to analyze data and develop KPIs

Contribute to Help Desk Support

  • Provide Tier 1 support as part of the IT team’s shared coverage

What You Bring

Required

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field

  • 3–5 years of experience in a business systems role

  • Hands-on experience with Epicor 10/Kinetic

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Strong analytical and communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively across functions in a dynamic environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SQL and/or Power BI

Good to Know

  • Occasional after-hours support is required

  • Work is remote but must be onsite for up to one week per month. Company covers travel and lodging costs.
