CNC Setup Machinist – CNC Milling

$2,500 Hire Bonus – 50% paid after 30 days of employment, balance after 90 days.

We have an opportunity in our CNC Milling department for a strong setup machinist who can take a job from start to finish and work independently.

·         1st shift - 6:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Thursday

Qualifications:

·         Minimum 3 years of experience in the set-up of CNC machines.

·         Must Have experience with both horizontal and vertical equipment.

·         Experience with Haas, Brother & Makino preferred.

·         Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work from set-up and tooling sheets

from established processes.

·         Candidate needs to be a self- starter who has the ability to work independently

in a fast-paced environment.

·         Provide feedback to production and engineering with ways to improve processes

and increase production.

·         When applicable, work in a mentor role to improve operator capability.
